Joshua A. Walters worked as a teacher prior to attending Marshall-Wythe Law School at The College of William & Mary as a Graduate Fellow, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
Mr. Walters has assisted many business owners in the process of legally organizing, drafting contracts and employee manuals, forming business strategy plans, protecting intellectual property, and navigating the day-to-day challenges of government regulations and competition.
He has a broad range of knowledge, with particular focus on contract formation, business organization and administration, trademark registration, employment law, entertainment law, and consumer rights.
